1. This prize draw is open to all residents living in Singapore, except employees of and persons related to Clout Shoppe Pte Ltd.

2. Only one entry per person will be accepted - incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be considered for the draw.

3. The winner will be drawn from entries received on the date of Clout Shoppe's physical launch event in August, and all entries must be received by July 1, 2011. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.

4. The prize is offered in Clout credits, which may be used to purchase items at Clout Shoppe. These credits may be used on more than 1 item; however they have to be fully used in a single check-out, and are non-transferable.

5. We reserve the right to change the prize to a product of similar or equal value.
